Machine Capacity

Advanced fully-automatic multi-layer and multi-colour sheet-extruder machines with PLC controlled automatic material feeding and up to 2000 mm width and 0.5 to 5 mm thickness sheet size for TPV, TPO, TPE, ABS, HIPS & LDPE and 1850 mm width PVC sheeting line with thickness up to 10 mm.

In-house Plastic Compounding

With our in-house TPV and TPO raw material manufacturing facility, we incur zero material shortages and can affirm to timely availability of all planned material.
Different grades of raw material can be tried and developed in-house enabling us to produce any Vacuum Forming with zero external dependencies.
