Job Description / Responsibilities:
- New Business development with new customers – Introducing New customers & RFQ’s generation.
- Responsible for quote submission and negotiations at customer end.
- Development of systems & reports as per internal requirements.
- Generation of new enquiry and quote submission to customer
- To provide prompt response to customer and resolving their issues on top priority.
- Managing demand vs supply system for sales monitoring and production planning
- Co-ordination in preparation of annual sales plans and long term sales plan.
- Development and implementation of yearly Budget plan.
- Responsible for introduction of new customer for 2w/tractor industry/white goods and Export and increase in existing business with 4W customers.
- Responsible for key account manager for customers and representing JSG.
- Responsible for managing quality audit and approval as per ISO-TS 16949.
- Formulate product pricing with the help of costing dept.
- Samples to be submitted to the customers as per agreed dates along with reports, if required by the customers.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage business opportunities like new sales, projects that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals
- Price escalation settlement with customer quarterly/half yearly.
- Build and strengthen relationships with Customers to ensure high customer satisfaction by providing them complete product support
Desired profile of the candidate:
To help JSG to become most profitable company in select areas of Auto Component business by :-
- Continuously increasing share of Business in existing parts.
- Relentlessly pursuing new Customers for breakthroughs. (2wheelers /tractor/Tier-1/white goods/electronics.)
- Scanning environment continuously to identify new business & new platform opportunities.
- Exploring export markets for developing Key Entry Strategies.
5. Helping establish JSG as a brand in OE and accessories segment
6. Should be in Marketing dept. of Medium Sized Auto component,Tier-1 Company having multiple Key Accounts with exposure to sheet metal; injection molded functional and decorative components and exposure of 2wheelers preferably Hero/ Honda/4wheelers /tractor industry.
